With cottage cheese and herbs: how to prepare lazy no-bake pita bread pies
If you don't have time to make the dough, it doesn't matter. After all, even regular pies can be made without it, just using pita bread as a base. As for the filling, both salty and sweet will do. And the lazy pies themselves can be fried right in the pan.

Ingredients:
- raw rice - 250 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- herbs
- salt
Batter:
- milk - 350 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the filling. Mix pre-boiled rice with boiled grated eggs, chopped herbs, oil and salt. Stir well.
2. Put the filling on a sheet of pita bread and roll it up. Cut the roll into pieces.
3. For the batter, mix eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Dip the pies in batter and put them in a pan. Fry on both sides.
