Why you shouldn't rinse pasta after cooking: an unexpected tip

Many housewives are used to rinsing pasta after cooking with cold water. But, as it turned out, this is a fairly common mistake, and you need to do something completely different.
The idea and life hack were shared on the lubowlmt cooking and useful tips blog on Instagram.
It is enough to prevent pasta from sticking together after cooking:
- Choose only high-quality durum products.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water.
- After cooking, put the pasta in a colander and let it "dry" for about 5 minutes.

Why don't you rinse pasta? Experts say that pasta used to be of poor quality. That's why they had to be washed to remove excess starch.
Ready pasta can be served with salads, sauces, meatballs, or gravy. The recipe for the gravy with meat and sour cream was published on the katya_kulinariya culinary blog on Instagram.
