Bell pepper contains:

- vitamin C: it contains twice as much as citrus fruits.
The expert notes that bell peppers are a great addition to any dish: salad, side dish, or meat - they go with absolutely everything.

Ingredients:
- bell peppers - 5 pcs.
- chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese - 50 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- dill
- salt
- ground black pepper
Cooking bell peppers
Method of preparation:
- Cut the peppers in half, and peel.
- For the filling, cut onions, tomatoes, and fillets into small cubes.
- Grate the cheese.
- Add chopped herbs, egg, and sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix.
- Put the peppers in the mold, and add a little salt.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
