Ingredients:
- Sweet potato – 1-2 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
- Fresh ginger root – 5 g.
- Leek – 1 pc.
- Flax seeds – 2 tbsp.
- Flaxseed oil – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil – 1-2 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Chop the leek and lightly fry in olive oil.
- Peel the sweet potato and carrots, chop them, cover with water, and send them to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Put the cooked sweet potato in a blender, add ginger, flax seeds, garlic, flaxseed oil, season with salt and pepper. Blend everything well.
It is better to serve this puree soup with croutons.

Sweet potato with spices
Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes – 2-4 pcs.
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the sweet potato well and peel it.
- Carefully cut into slices, season with salt and pepper, add olive oil, mix well, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 200-220° C for 30 minutes.
