Honey is a very healthy, valuable and tasty product that contains 13-22% water and 75-80% simple carbohydrates (glucose, fructose, sucrose). It contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, K, C, beta-carotene, and folic acid, but in very small amounts. However, even such a healthy product is not suitable for everyone.

How much honey can you consume per day?
"The norm for a day is within 1-2 teaspoons. Because we need to control the intake of simple carbohydrates in the body. Their average daily recommended amount is 30-40 g. A teaspoon of the product contains about 10 g, 7-8 g of simple carbohydrates," the nutritionist explained.
Who shouldn't eat honey?
