What you should not add to omelet so as not to spoil the dish: recipe and tips from Yevhen Klopotenko
Egg dishes are an ideal breakfast option. Firstly, eggs are healthy when cooked properly - when the yolk is runny - and secondly, they go well with almost all foods. One of the most popular and tasty egg dishes is an omelet, which can be easily spoiled by adding flour, milk, and cheese.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared the correct recipe for a delicious omelet without flour and milk on his website.
The secrets to a successful omelet: do not beat the eggs until foamy, do not cook the dish in a hot pan, and mix butter and oil!
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 20 g
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
- dill or parsley - a bunch
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs but not until foamy.
2. Heat a frying pan well but not too hot.
3. Pour oil into the pan and add butter. Once butter and sunflower oil are smooth, add eggs.
