Kateryna is a food blogger with the nickname kate.deliciouss shared her method of making chicken juicy on Instagram. According to this method, the chicken needs to be soaked for some time in a solution that requires only a few simple ingredients.

What you need:

  • a saucepan in which the chicken will fit completely
  • purified water
  • salt
  • anise star
  • cardamom fruit

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the saline solution. Take 40 grams of salt for each liter of water. Add cardamom and anise. Heat to dissolve the salt.

2. Cool the water until it is barely warm, otherwise, the chicken will start to cook.

3. Put the chicken in and let it stand. It takes 1 hour for every 1 kg of chicken. For example, if the chicken is 1.5 kg, it should stand for 1.5 hours.

4. Take out the chicken, pat it dry well, and you're ready to put it in the oven. Add spices and oil.

5. Bake at 180 degrees.
