It is hearty, and tasty, and can even be healthy if you replace mayonnaise with another healthy sauce or make homemade mayonnaise. It's better to bake vegetables for the salad rather than boil them, and add fresh peas and boiled tongue, meat, or seafood instead of unhealthy sausage.

Food blogger Olena Yermolenko shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious olivier with shrimp and green onions, which will be much easier on the body than a classic sausage salad.

Ingredients:

  • small shrimps - 300 g
  • chicken fillet - 300 g
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • homemade mayonnaise - to taste
  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • green peas can be canned or fresh - 100 g
  • salted or fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
