What to use to make airy muffins: a delicious quick dessert

Cupcakes are a fairly simple but delicious dessert that can be combined with a wide variety of your favorite ingredients: fruits and jams. But to make the texture fluffy and tender, you need to choose the right dough base. Kefir is perfect for this purpose.

The idea of making fluffy kefir muffins was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria (vika_tasty).

Ingredients:

  • kefir at room temperature - 240 ml
  • butter - 60 g
  • vegetable oil - 7 tbsp
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • sugar - 300 g
  • flour - 330 g
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 3/4 tsp
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g
  • salt - 0.5 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. In one bowl, combine the butter, oil, sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Beat for 5 minutes.

3. Add the eggs one by one.

4. Beat.

5. Sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder separately.

6. Add half of it to the egg mixture.

7. Add kefir, and whisk again.

8. Pour in the rest of the dry ingredients.

9. Stir – the dough is ready.

10. Put it into the molds by 3/4.

11. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees.
