Ingredients:

  • white pepper (small) -12 pcs.
  • corn - 250 g
  • pearl barley - 100 g
  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 100 g
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper, sugar
  • parsley
  • oil

1. Pour boiling water over the washed pearl barley and leave for 20 minutes.

2. Cut the chicken and onion into random pieces and pass through a meat grinder.

3. Mix the minced meat with the onion and groats (drained), add the corn, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

4. Cut or the tails of the peppers.

6. Fill all the peppers with minced meat and cover with cut tails.

7. Fry the tomato paste in heated oil in a saucepan, add a little sugar, salt, flour, mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes (stirring constantly).
