How to make delicious fish cutlets without flour
To make fish cutlets hold their shape, flour is usually added to them. But this makes the dish less healthy, and the mass turns out to be very clogged and quite high in calories. Therefore, it is worth using another ingredient. It will make the dish no less tasty and very nutritious.
The idea for the recipe was published on Olha's (oharbo) Instagram page. According to this recipe, oatmeal is added instead of flour.
Recipe for healthy fish cutlets with oatmeal
Ingredients:
- oatmeal flakes - 3 tbsp.
- fish - 150-200 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- green onions
- chili pepper
- salt and pepper
- coconut flour for breading - 2 tbsp.
Oatmeal for the dish
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the base from any fish or buy ready-made minced fish.

2. Mix other ingrdients with the base.

3. Form balls of the desired size.
4. Roll in coconut flour.
5. Fry on both sides until cooked.
