If you've made too many mashed potatoes and no one wants to eat them, you can make a delicious focaccia out of them. This dish is prepared very quickly in a frying pan. It is very satisfying and can even replace pizza.

Ingredients:

  • 330 g boiled potatoes
  • 220 g of flour
  • 30 g of hard cheese
  • 90 g of mozzarella
  • salt, pepper
  • 10 g of oil for frying

1. Put the boiled potatoes, flour and 30 g of hard cheese in a bowl. Add a generous pinch of salt and ground pepper.

2. Knead the dough well and knead it into a homogeneous hard dough. Cut it into 6-8 equal pieces.

3. Roll out each piece and place a piece of mozzarella in the center.

4. Bend the edges and pinch them tightly. And roll it out again with a rolling pin.

5. Fry over low heat in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides - about 3-4 minutes.
