What to make healthy pancakes with: no need to add eggs

Ingredients:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
Sweet potato for the dish
- 1 tbsp. spoon of flax seeds ground into flour + 6 tbsp. spoons of water
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil
- 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice
- 85 g of mashed boiled or baked sweet potatoes
- 300 ml of vegetable milk

Method of preparation:
1. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

2. Cover flax seeds with water, stir, and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Mix milk, oil, lemon juice, flax seeds, and sweet potato.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until smooth.

5. Heat a pan, add a little oil, spoon the batter with a ladle, and fry for one and a half to two minutes on each side.
