Nutritionist Kateryna Kuzmishina (hhc_kuzmishena) shared a healthy snack that can be prepared without electricity and gas on her Instagram page.
1. You can prepare pancakes in advance or use pita bread, Indian flatbread, or pita.
2. Put canned tuna in its own juice on the selected base.
3. Make a salad with the available vegetables and herbs.
4. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. Cucumber, frisée and onions are the most delicious with tuna.
5. This meal is not only very tasty, but also healthy.
