What to cook with yesterday's mashed potatoes if you don't want to throw the dish away: a simple idea
Mashed potatoes that are not eaten hot are usually thrown in the trash because they don't taste as good when cold. But this is a very wrong decisionbecause such potatoes can be a great base for other culinary masterpieces. For example, pancakes. They are very juicy, crispy, and will definitely be enough for a large family.
