What to cook with yesterday's buckwheat: recipe for delicious pancakes
You must admit that few people like to eat buckwheat that has been cooked the day before. This cereal tastes good only when it's freshly cooked, and the next day its taste is very different from the ideal. Instead of throwing leftover buckwheat porridge in the trash, you can use it to prepare other dishes.
For example, a food blogger with the nickname akktapastry showed how to make buckwheat pancakes on her Instagram. This dish, she says, will make you finally fall in love with buckwheat. And you will no longer be afraid to cook it in too large quantities.
