  • avocado - 1 pc
  • tuna in its own juice - 400 g
  • bell pepper - 1 pc
  • red onion - 1 pc
  • cilantro/parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Drain the excess juice from the tuna. Mash the fish with a fork.

2. Dice the pepper and avocado, chop the onion into half rings, and cut the herbs.

3. To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
