Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • leeks
  • mushrooms - 5 pcs
  • potatoes - 2 pcs
  • mozzarella - 200 g
  • puff pastry
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Sauté half the onion, mushrooms, zucchini and leeks a little.

2. Season with salt.

3. Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

4. Salt and cover with boiling water for 5 minutes.

5. Then dry with a napkin.

6. Roll out the dough and cut out a circle.

7. Form the sides with grated cheese and prick with a fork.

8. Top with sour cream mixed with egg and spices.
