  • Potatoes
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Hard cheese
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

  • Potatoes - 6-7 pcs.
  • Oil - 4 tbsp.
  • Flour - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Spices for potatoes - 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika - 1\2 tsp

For the sauce:

  • Butter - 20 g
  • Flour - 1\4 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Processed cheese - 3 pieces
  • Turmeric - 1\3 tsp
  • Swan salt - 1\3 tsp

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash, dry, and cut the potatoes into slices.
  2. Mix flour, salt, spices, and paprika in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the oil and flour with the spices to the potatoes and mix.
  4. Put the potatoes on parchment and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. For the sauce, mix the butter with the flour and put it on the fire. Stir in the milk and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the chopped cheese, grated garlic, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil, whisk with a blender, and put back on the fire for just 1 minute. Let it cool down.
