What to cook with potatoes for lunch instead of mashed potatoes: add meat and cheese
Potatoes are always available in the kitchen and they are prepared quickly enough that they are just right for lunch. But instead of classic mashed potatoes, it's better to make a full-fledged dish of baked potatoes with meat and cheese. It will be much easier and more satisfying.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 500 g
- turkey or chicken thighs - 400 g
- 20% cream - 100 ml.
- mozzarella cheese - 150 g
- vegetable oil
- green onions
- cilantro (optional)
- spices for meat
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Dice meat and potatoes separately. Season with spices and drizzle with oil.
2. Fry the potatoes over medium heat until soft and golden first, about 10 minutes.
3. Then fry the meat in the same pan over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add cream and simmer for another 2 minutes.
5. Add green onions and cheese.
6. Put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 7 minutes.
7. You can leave it in the pan, pour cheese on top, cover and cook over low heat until the cheese melts.
8. Garnish with herbs.
