What to cook with eggs besides omelet: recipe for scrambled toast with vegetable salad
Breakfast is the main meal that gives you a boost of energy for several hours. That's why it should be as satisfying, tasty, and definitely healthy as possible. Experts recommend eating the following for breakfast: eggs, cottage cheese, cheesecakes, sandwiches, fish, cereals, and hard cheese.

Ingredients:
Scrambled toast
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- butter - 15 g
- salt - to taste
- bread - 1-2 pieces
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- water or milk - 1 tsp.
Salad:
- lettuce leaves, dill, parsley and any other herbs, preferably seasonal - 100 g
- cucumbers and peppers - 1/2 pc.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- lemon juice - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. For the toast, sprinkle a piece of whole grain bread with a little olive oil and fry in a pan on both sides.
2. For the scramble, beat eggs with salt with a whisk, add water or milk, and mix.
3. Heat a pan, melt the butter, pour in the egg mixture and, as soon as the eggs are set, stir them from the edges to the center.
4. For the salad, wash the lettuce, dill and parsley, and vegetables. Chop everything finely.
5. Put them in a bowl, add olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice.
6. Assemble the dish: put the lettuce on the bread and put the scramble on top.
