Salad 1:
Ingredients:
- Cooked beets
- Onions
- Salt
- Sugar
- Oil
- Feta
- Walnuts
- Sauce
- Sugar.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the boiled beets on a coarse grater, add the sauce, caramelized onions and nuts, mix well, add the chopped feta on top. Dry the nuts in a frying pan.
Salad 2:
Ingredients:
- Beets
- Feta.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate boiled beets on a fine grater, add feta and mix until smooth and ready to eat.
Salad 3:
Ingredients:
- Beets
- Onions
- Salt.
Sauce:
- Apple cider vinegar/wine vinegar
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the boiled beets into cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes and marinate in vinegar. After 10-15 minutes, rinse under running water and dry with a towel. Add the onion to the beets, the sauce and a little salt, and mix well.

Ingredients:
- Beetroot
- Oil
- Ground pepper
- Feta
- Nuts.
Sauce:
- Olive oil
- Wine / apple cider vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the raw beets and cut them into thin slices, place them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with oil and bake for 10-20 minutes on each side at 180 C. Remove from the oven and let cool.
2. When cooled, fill with feta and roll in grated nuts and pour over the sauce.
