Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes, mash them, and leave them to cool.
  2. Put the chopped onion in a preheated frying pan and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms are half-cooked.
  4. Put the frozen spinach in the pan and stir.
  5. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and grated cheese to the finished mass.
  7. Chopped herbs and garlic are optional.
  8. Add the egg, flour, and the rest of the ingredients to the potatoes, and mix thoroughly.
  9. Add flour until the dough can be easily pulled away from your hands.
  10. Form a small piece of dough into a pancake and put the filling inside. Connect the edges and shape into a pie. Do the same for the rest of the stuffed potato cakes.

  7. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a preheated frying pan over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
