Ingredients:

  • young potatoes - 1 kg.
  • peas - 300 g
  • a bunch of spinach
  • a bunch of young onions or leeks
  • mushrooms - 200-300 g
  • cream - 150 ml.
  • for serving greens (parsley/dill)
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly (peel if desired).

2. Boil in salted water.

3. At the same time, fry the chopped onion, mushrooms, spinach, and peas in a frying pan.
