What to cook for dinner with pumpkin: a variant of a hearty dish

Pumpkin is a versatile product that can be used to make sweet por ridge and bake a hearty savory pie. Also, meat soufflé is a great option for a dish with this vegetable. It requires only 3 ingredients.

The idea of cooking pumpkin soufflé with chicken was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Herasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).

Ingredients:

  • ready-made pumpkin - 200 g
  • chicken fillet - 200 g
  • eggs - 1 pc

Cooking method:

1. Pulse pumpkin, chicken, egg yolk in a mini food processor.

2. Beat the whites separately until frothy.

3. Mix the beaten pumpkin, chicken and egg yolk with the egg whites, add them a little at a time and mix lightly.

4. Put into molds and into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-27 minutes.
