Most people can't imagine their breakfast and the start of the day without syrnyky or pancakes. And despite the fact that these are very tasty and hearty dishes, eating them on a regular basis is a kind of option that can quickly become boring. In addition to these, there are other equally interesting variants worth cooking.

Cottage cheese pancakes
Ingredients:
- 5-9% cottage cheese - 200 g
- grated apple - 200 g
- sour cream/thick yogurt/kefir - 200 ml
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 40 g
- soda - 5 g
- flour - 150
- vanilla
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and grate the apple.
2. Add cottage cheese, sugar and egg, and mix thoroughly.
3. Add sour cream and vanilla.
4. Sift the flour into the mixture and mix. The batter should be thick.
5. Fry in a well-heated pan under a lid.
Best served with sour cream and honey.
Apple pancakes
Ingredients:
- apple - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- milk - 180 ml
- flour - 220 g
- sugar - 30 g
- butter/melted butter - 30 g
- baking powder - 6 g
- vanilla
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the apple.
2. Add sugar, vanilla and egg. Beat with a whisk.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix well.
4. Pour in milk and mix thoroughly
5. Add oil or melted butter
6. Fry in a well-heated pan under a lid.
