Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- cottage cheese
- dill
- salt
- spices
- flour
- egg
- sugar-free corn flakes
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into 2 layers, salt, sprinkle with spices, cover with a bag, and beat off.
2. On the edge put a teaspoon of cheese, chopped herbs, and roll into a roll.
3. Do this with all the pieces. Make 4 cutlets from 2 fillets.
Breading:
