For example, instead of rice pilaf, you can make bulgur with meat and mushrooms. You will be pleasantly surprised by the taste.

Ingredients:

  • bulgur cereal
  • pork
  • onion
  • mushrooms
  • salt, pepper, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Cut and fry the pork.

2. Chop the onion and mushrooms. Add the onions to the meat and fry the mushrooms separately.

3. Meanwhile, boil the bulgur.

4. Add the meat, onions, and mushrooms to the porridge, without any extra oil.

5. Stir and let it brew for another 5-7 minutes.
