Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 2 pieces
- eggs – 2 pcs
- corn starch – 1 tbsp
- salt
- dried garlic
- vegetable oil

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces.
2. In eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the fillet and beat the whites until stiff peaks.

3. Add salt, garlic, and starch to the chicken. Mix well.
4. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg whites and fry over medium heat under a lid.
