Dietary and lean chicken cutlets can be made very juicy by adding corn kernels to the minced meat. The vegetable has a pleasant sweet taste and a lot of juice, so it's just the perfect combination for these products. In addition, the cutlets are fried very quickly.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 500 g
  • corn (thawed or canned) - 150 g
  • green beans - 150 g (cut into small pieces beforehand)
  • onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • seasoning for minced meat - 1 tbsp
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Add the corn, chopped green beans, finely chopped onion, eggs, salt, pepper and spices to the minced chicken.

2. Mix well with your hands or a spoon.

3. Pour the oil into a preheated frying pan and place the cutlets in a tablespoon.

4. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.

5. Put the cutlets in a saucepan or frying pan, add a little water, and simmer over low heat under the lid for another 10-15 minutes.
