Ideal pancakes should be as thin as possible. And, at the same time, when wrapping any filling, they do not tear. To achieve this effect, you need to add one very simple ingredient to the dough.

The idea of making perfect thin pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tata Chudnova (chudnova.food). This technique involves adding cornstarch to the dough. This makes the dough not tear, and it remains elastic and tender.

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • milk – 300 ml
  • flour – 50 g
  • corn starch – 50 g
  • sugar – to taste
  • salt – a pinch
  • vegetable oil – 10 ml

Ingredients for the filling:

  • mango (frozen) – 300 g
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • corn starch – 4 g
  • cottage cheese – 200 g
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • sugar – to taste

Method of cooking pancakes:

1. Mix all the ingredients for pancakes.

2. Before frying the first pancake, grease the frying pan with a drop of oil.

3. Fry on both sides for 30 seconds to make them a little golden.

Method of preparing the filling:

1. Put the frozen mango in a saucepan with a thick bottom and put it on medium heat, when it defrosts, add sugar and stir until it dissolves.

2. Next, add the starch and stir until dissolved, remove from heat.

3. Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar, put it on the pancake, top with mango, and roll it up.
