A dish that can be an alternative to bread is fluffy pancakes. You can cook them in different ways, with milk, kefir, and even water. To make them tall, it is better to heat the kefir, and you can also add baking soda or baking powder.

Kefir should not be cold, it should be taken out of the fridge in advance! And add melted butter to the finished dough!
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.
- Kefir - 400 ml
- Butter - 40 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Soda - 2/3 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar into a foam, add a pinch of salt and half the flour, and mix.
2. Then add baking soda and kefir, and mix thoroughly again.
3. Add the remaining flour gradually, looking at the consistency of the dough, it should be like thick sour cream.
4. Add the melted butter to the finished dough and mix thoroughly until smooth.
5. Heat a frying pan, do not add oil, and fry the pancakes.
