Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 800 g
- water - 0.5 cups
- milk - 350 ml
- cereal (for example, rice) - 150 g
- salt, sugar - to taste
- butter for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the pumpkin, put it in a saucepan, cover with water and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Thena add milk and cereal. Do not stir as it can burn.
3. Add salt and sugar to taste.
4. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat under a lid for 30 minutes.
5. Then mix the porridge thoroughly so that the pumpkin cubes turn into puree.
6. Add butter and serve.
