Ingredients:

  • 75 g buckwheat groats
  • 150 g of water
  • salt - to taste
  • 250 g of liver
  • 1 onion
  • half a carrot
  • 1 egg
  • oil for frying

1. Boil the buckwheat.

2. Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry in a frying pan.

3. Pulse buckwheat, liver, onions and carrots in a food processor or blender.

4. Add the egg and spices to taste.

5. Stir. Fry for a few minutes on each side under the lid so as not to overcook.
