Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp

  • dill
  • pepper - to taste
  • oil for frying
Onion for the dish

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.

2. Finely chop the onion and dill.

3. Mix the chicken, onion, dill, mayonnaise, eggs and flour.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Mix well.

6. Spoon the mass on a preheated frying pan.

7. Fry on low heat on both sides.
