The cook advises adding zucchini and feta cheese to the minced meat, which will make the cutlets very tasty, juicy, and flavorful.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc.

  • minced turkey or chicken - 300 g.
  • egg - 1 pc.

  • rice flour - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, put it in a bowl.
