Cottage cheese casserole is an ideal option for a quick and tasty breakfast or dessert. To prepare a dish of delicate texture, you need to add just one simple ingredient to the cottage cheese - starch - and then beat the mass well with a blender.

Food blogger and nutritionist Alex Mil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for delicate cottage cheese casserole on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp.

  • corn starch - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar/substitute - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put all the necessary ingredients in a blender bowl. Beat everything until smooth and creamy.

2. Put the resulting mass into a mold covered with parchment.
