Most often, crab sticks are used to prepare high-calorie winter salads for the New Year's table. But you can also make a light spring dish with this product. Use juicy fresh vegetables for it.

The idea of preparing a nutritious spring salad with crab sticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname alin_withkitchen.

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks (it is better to take crab meat) - 200 g
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Canned corn - 200 g
  • mayonnaise - 100 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the crab sticks into fibers.

2. Remove the seeds (middle) from the cucumber.

3. Cut into strips.

4. Add the corn.

5. Season with mayonnaise.

6. Salt and pepper - to taste.
