To make a juicy kebab, you don't need to invent a variety of marinades or add everything you have in the fridge. It is enough to add a few spices and one simple ingredient – mineral water.

The idea of cooking a juicy kebab with mineral water is published on the page of food blogger Tatiana Geiko (cookie_tania) on Instgaram. Also, don't forget about the onions.

Ingredients:

  • meat
  • salt – 1.5 tbsp
  • ground coriander – 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper – 1 tsp.
  • granulated garlic – 1 tsp.
  • ground paprika – 1 tsp.
  • seasoning without salt "Dried vegetables" – 1 tsp.
  • onions – 3 large
  • highly carbonated mineral water – 0.5 liters.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into pieces of desired size.

2. Sprinkle the cut pieces with spices.

3. Mix thoroughly.

4. Add the onion, cut into rings, and mix well again.

5. At the end, add mineral water and knead the meat until it absorbs all the liquid.

6. Leave for an hour at room temperature, stirring occasionally.

7. Then you can put it in the refrigerator until frying.

8. If you like spicy kebabs, increase the amount of pepper and add a little red pepper. Also, adjust the saltiness to your taste. You can also use ready-made barbecue seasonings.
