What meat makes the most tender and juicy kebabs: delicious both baked and grilled
Kebabs are one of the favorite dishes that is cooked regardless of the season. The most important thing is to choose good meat and, of course, to marinate it well so that it is evenly baked, soft and juicy. So, you should pay attention to chicken and vegetables. It will turn out to be a fairly complete and tasty dish.
Food blogger and nutritionist Alex (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for tender chicken kebab with vegetables, which can be baked or grilled, on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 350-400 g
- mushrooms - 150 g
- zucchini - 200 g
- soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
- olive oil - 1.5 tbsp
- spices for barbecue
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into large cubes.
2. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into halves.
3. Cut the zucchini into large pieces.
4. Put the meat and vegetables in a deep bowl.
5. Pour soy sauce and olive oil over. Add spices. Stir and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
6. Skewer the meat, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or grill.
