Ingredients for the dough:
- sugar - 200 g
- butter - 100 g
- milk - 5 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- soda - 1 tsp (extinguish with 9% vinegar)
- honey - 4 tbsp
- flour - 500-530 g
Ingredients for the cream:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 4 tbsp
- sugar - 400 g
- milk - 1 liter
- vanilla sugar - 1 pack
- butter - 180 g (1 pack)
Ingredients for the glaze:
- milk - 4 tbsp
- cocoa - 3 tbsp
- butter - 40 g
- sugar - 4 tbsp
⠀How to prepare the cakes:
1. For cakes, combine sugar, eggs, honey, and baking soda in a separate bowl.
2. Cook at almost minimum temperature.
3. Cool the mixture before adding the flour.
4. Cover with foil or paper towel and leave for half an hour.
5. Divide the dough into 6 or 10 pieces.
6. Make a thin cake from each.
7. Then cut out a circle. you can use a plate or mold.
8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
9. Bake each cake for 5-7 minutes.
9. After baking, put them at a distance from each other and then cool.
The method of preparation of the cream:
1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
2. Cook to thicken the mass.
3. Beat the butter and add to the cream.
8. Mix everything well to dissolve the sugar. Add a little butter.

10. To allow the cake to set, let it stand overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
