Almost everyone who cooks pancakes for the first time has a problem when the dish turns out to be thick and a little greasy. But this problem is easy to fix. Ingredients:
- 2.5% milk - 400 g
- flour - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- baking soda - 1/5 teaspoon
- salt - a pinch
- sweetener - to taste
- vanillin
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients with a mixer.
2. Leave the batter for a while. This should be done so that the mass swells. Then 1 pancake will not require a lot of liquid, and it will turn out thin.
3. Fry, greasing the pan with oil once for three pancakes.
4. It is worth following a special technique: rub a drop of oil with a napkin and grease it again with the same napkin.
