Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 500 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • semolina – 2 tbsp
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar – 30 g
  • egg yolk for lubrication
  • a piece of butter
