He even wrote down his culinary ideas in a separate diary. And these exquisite dishes also had a special fashion, in which the master found a part of his creativity.

Ingredients:

  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • hot milk - 0.5 cups
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • grated cheese - 100 g
  • salt and pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Melt butter over low heat.

2. Add flour and mix well.

3. Carefully add milk, heated in advance, and stir until it thickens.

4. Remove from heat, add egg yolks, andmix well.

5. Beat the whites separately into a thick foam.

6. Add to the mass.

7. Add grated cheese, pepper and salt to taste.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • grated cheese - 50 g
  • butter - 15 g

Preparation:

1. Grease a baking dish with butter.

2. Put a part of the cheese souffle in it.

3. Carefully put six poached eggs on it. Dry them with a paper towel.

4. Add the remaining souffle on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
