Juicy seasonal eggplants can be used to make a hearty lunch. For this, you will need minced meat, as well as a lot of cheese. All this is baked quite quickly in the oven, and you will get a dish that is enough for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- eggplants - 3-4 pcs.
- minced pork and veal - 600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste
- suluguni cheese - 300 g
- oil - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the eggplant into slices.
2. Combine oil with salt, paprika and coat each eggplant slice.
3. Send to the oven for 15-20 minutes 180 degrees.
4. Fry diced onion, add minced meat, diced sweet pepper.
5. Bring to a simmer and make tomato puree with a blender (from the tomatoes and garlic clove).
6. Stew with the mashed potatoes for another 5 minutes.
7. Place mincemeat, cheese on the cooked eggplant slices, top again with eggplant slices, mincemeat and cottage cheese. Send to the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180
