In addition to pancakes, casseroles, and canned zucchini, you can make a salad. To do this, fry the vegetables in slices. You can combine vegetable oil and mustard in the dressing – the dish will be very light.

The idea of making a salad with zucchini was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname foodblog kristi. Everything is very basic.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini – 2 pcs
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • cheese or feta – 70-80 g
  • basil
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into 4-5 mm slices.

2. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, and cool.

3. Cut the tomatoes into slices as well.

4. Put 2 slices of zucchini and 1 tomato on a plate (or to taste).

5. Sprinkle with cheese on top.

6. Separately combine mustard seeds, garlic, and vegetable oil.

7. Pour this mixture over the salad.

8. Sprinkle with basil.
