If you don't have time to prepare the classic Dressed herring, you can make a much simpler salad from boiled beets. The vegetable goes well with veal meat, pickled cucumbers, and onions.

The idea of preparing a beetroot salad without any hassle was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann food. You just need to chop and mix everything, without any layers.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beetroot
  • boiled veal (can be replaced with chicken fillet)
  • pickled cucumber
  • canned peas
  • pickled onions
  • mayonnaise or sour cream
  • vinegar
  • sugar
  • salt
  • boiling water
  • mustard

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the beets and meat, cut into strips.

2. Cut the cucumbers into strips.

3. Cut the onion into half rings and marinate (salt + sugar + vinegar + pour boiling water).

4. Add canned peas to these ingredients.

5. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream.

6. Add salt and mustard.
