Method of preparation:

1. Put the processed cheese, greens and sprats with oil in a blender bowl.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Mackerel - 300 g (fillet)⠀
  • Carrots - 100 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.

  • Bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • Thyme - 1 pc.
  • Seasonings: thyme, ground coriander, tarragon, paprika, ground white pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the carrots, cut the onion into quarters.

2. Pour cold water over the fish, add carrots, onions, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.

3. Bring to a boil without a lid, then turn off the heat, cover and let it brew for 15 minutes.

4. Take out the fish, cool it down a bit, remove the skin and carefully remove the bones.

5. Strain the fish broth, it will be needed.

6. Mash the mackerel with a fork (you can use a food processor on speed 2 to preserve the fibers).

7. Add mustard, thick yogurt, finely chopped onion.

8. Season to taste: salt, pepper, coriander, paprika, white pepper, tarragon, curry.

9. Since the stew is a bit thick, dilute it with broth to the consistency you like best. Leave the finished stew in the refrigerator for a few hours.
