  • eggplant - 1 pc
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes into thin round slices.

2. Prepare sauce. Peel the tomatoes.

3. Dice the rest of the vegetables.
