  • water - 500 ml
  • flour - 250 g
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • baking soda - a tip of a knife
  • salt - a pinch
  1. Boil the water and cool it down. Leave it a little hot, so it will mix better with the flour.
  2. Sift the flour, then add the salt, sugar and baking soda. Mix well.
  3. Pour the water into the flour in small portions, stirring constantly with a whisk. The dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream. If the dough is too thick, add more water.
  4. Let the dough stand for 15 minutes, then add vegetable oil and mix.
  5. Oil the frying pan a little, pour the batter with a ladle a little at a time, spreading a thin layer evenly over the surface.
  6. Fry the pancakes until browned on both sides.
